“The Weeping Willow Crystal Graveyard.”
It features moss agate and agate chips, quartz and fluorite chunks, a black obsidian willow tree, ethically sourced fox bones from naturally deceased specimens, and a bee gathered from my threshold spider web and preserved in my very first attempt, alongside a few small adornments.
It may not be my “best” work in a technical sense, but I am deeply in love with it. It came together as a light-and-shadow retelling of all things broken, resting, and becoming again 💔✨ — something I am feeling in my bones right now.
This piece feels like grief laid gently into the earth, honoured rather than hidden.
I hope it speaks to you the way it spoke to me 💚✨
