Refund Policy

At The Raven’s Chest, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition  
- In the original packaging  

Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings or body jewellery (unless faulty)  
- Personalised or custom-made items  

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (including Klarna, if used). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items  
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos & a video and we will arrange a replacement or refund. All postage is usually insured to protect both buyer and The Raven’s Chest.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If a product is advertised with a known defect, it is not eligible for returns. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Thank you!


 

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
